  1. 1) Buyer to Select Lot
  2. 2) Buyer to Submit Lot Reservation
  3. 3) Buyer to Interview and Select Builder through meeting with Builder and Builder's Agent
  4. 4) Purchase & Sale agreement to be presented between the buyer and the selected Builder through the Builder's agent.
      a) Buyer to Submit Purchase & Sale on Home with Contingencies:
    1. i) Final Pricing
    2. ii) Final Plans & Finishes
    3. iii) Approval of Architectural Committee
    4. iv) Construction Schedule
  5. 5) Buyer to meet with Builder's designer to Finalize Plans
      a) If buyer rescinds on Purchase & Sale a portion of the earnest money will be non-refundable in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) for cost of design fees.
